Evening all I hope everyone is ok.

I found something on my drive and i thought I would share it with you all.

It's a document with about 3 workouts you can do at home or the gym. There are some photos and some written explanations on each exercise to help/guide you.

Download it stuck it somewhere safe or print it off and I hope it help you all if you feel stuck with what to do one day.

FREE 14 Day Plankathon Challenge.

This FREE 14 day Plankathon challenge is to help you gain a stronger core over 14 days.
Each day is a workout video approximately 5 mins to 5:30 which you can do at anytime you so wish 1st thing in the morning or last thing at night!
I will do a demo for each day and also help some days with the timer so you just need to watch the video and go.
